Presentation College Athenry won the Connacht colleges first year hurling final this week when they defeated St Brigids Loughrea by 2-17 to 1-5. Well done to the Turloughmore players who were on the Athenry panel namely, wing back Conor Campbell, full forward Mark Fahy, corner
Forward Barry Goldrick, Dean Niland, Sean Coakley and Niall Bree.

Pres Athenry also won the second year Connacht Final recently, beating St Brigids by 9 points in the final. Sean Loftus and Brian Callanan started, with Stephen Doyle, Shane Dunleavy and Sean Keogh also on the panel. Well done to all concerned.
