Business as usual for Kilkenny as they battle to their 71st Leinster title, beating Galway by 1-26 to 0-22 victory at Croke Park.

Victory sees Brian Cody mark his 18th year at the helm with another three-in-a-row of Bob O’Keefe Cups as well as a place in the All-Ireland semi-finals, while the Tribesmen get a nice consolation as they advance to an All-Ireland quarter-final in 3 weeks.

Daithi Burke started for Galway while Fergal Moore came on as a second half sub.
