U16s go down to Loughrea 07-04-2016

Loughrea 1-14 Turloughmore 1-13


Turloughmore lost out to Loughrea by the slenderest of margins after a fine game in the Centre. Turloughmore played with the breeze in the opening half but struggled to get into the game and were 1-6 to 0-2 behind before trailing by 1-7 to 0-5 at the interval. A much improved second half performance saw the home side go ahead twice before being pegged back at the death with Loughrea getting the winning point in injury time.


Turloughmore will travel to meet Tynagh Abbey Duniry in 2 weeks in Round 5 – Thursday April 21st.
